Procurement Manager

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh

I serve as the Procurement Manager at The Humanitarian Service Foundation (HSF), where I am responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of goods, materials, equipment, and services required for the organization’s programs and operations.

My responsibilities include procurement planning, supplier coordination, quotation management, vendor selection, price evaluation, purchase documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of required materials. I work closely with program and field teams to understand their requirements and ensure that procurement processes are conducted efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with organizational policies.

I believe that effective procurement is essential for ensuring the efficient use of resources, cost effectiveness, quality, transparency, and accountability in humanitarian and development programs. I strive to maintain professional relationships with suppliers while ensuring that the organization receives quality goods and services at fair and competitive prices.

Through my role at HSF, I am committed to supporting the smooth implementation of programs by ensuring that the right resources reach the right place at the right time. I take pride in contributing to the organization’s mission through responsible resource management, integrity, and efficient procurement practices.
